Optimization of Water Extraction Process for Danggui Buxue Decoction by Response Sur-face-Satisfaction Function Method

Abstract
Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Danggui Buxue Decoction.Methods The response surface-satisfaction function method was used to optimize the water extraction process of Danggui Buxue Decoction with soaking time,extraction time,extraction temperature,and ratio of liquid to material as the investigation factors,and with the satisfaction rate of polysaccharide and ligustilide extraction as the evaluation indicator.Then the verification test was conducted.Results The optimal water extraction process was as follows:the soaking time was 21 min,the extraction time was 35 min,the extraction temperature was 57℃,and the ratio of liquid to material was 60 mL/g.Under these conditions,the polysaccharide extraction rate was 2.865%,the ligustilide extraction rate was 0.0146%,and the satisfaction rate was 96.07%,which was close to the predicted value(96.42%).Conclusion This method is stable and feasible,which can provide reference for the development and application of Danggui Buxue Decoction.关键词
