Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of flexible ureteroscopy lithotripsy with holmium laser(FURL)on the one-time stone clearance rate and inflammatory indicators in patients with upper ureteral calculi.Method:A total of 96 patients with upper ureteral calculi admitted to the Department of Urology,Beihu Hospital,Xinyu from February 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(48 cases)according to random number table method.The control group underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL),while the observation group underwent FURL.The one-time stone clearance rate,inflammatory indicators[high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-10],renal function indicators[serum creatinine(Scr),cystatin C(Cys C),neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL)]and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The one-time stone clearance rate in the control group was 91.67%(44/48),while that in the observation group was 100%(48/48),with no significant difference(P>0.05).Seven days after surgery,the hs-CRP(14.52±3.45)mg/L,PCT(1.89±0.53)ng/mL,IL-6(13.24±2.97)pg/mL,and IL-10(7.50±1.37)pg/mL in the observation group were lower than(22.85±4.77)mg/L,(2.76±0.64)ng/mL,(18.28±3.04)pg/mL,and(9.44±2.35)pg/mL in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Seven days after surgery,the levels of Scr,Cys C and NGAL[(67.26±7.88)μmol/L,(541.75±70.15)μg/L,(3.82±0.75)μg/L]in the observation group were lower than those[(73.13±8.10)μmol/L,(612.13±66.38)μg/L,(4.50±0.67)μg/L]in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group(6.25%)was lower than that(20.83%)in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:FURL has a high one-time stone clearance rate for patients with upper ureteral calculi,effectively reducing inflammatory response and protecting renal function,and reducing the incidence of complications.关键词
