运用"辨象-辨时-握机"浅析备化汤的眼科临证体会

Abstract
The Five Movements and Six Climates serve as the foundation and origin of basic theories in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).They represent the laws summarized by ancients through studying the periodic rhythmic changes in nature and are the crystallization of Yin-Yang and Five-element theories at a higher level.GU Zhishan,a representative inheritor of the Longsha Medical School,integrated the theory of movements and climates to propose a diagnostic and treatment thinking of"differentiating images,differentiating times,and grasping opportunities".He applies this thinking in combination with syndrome differentiation based on dampness,utilizing Yunqi Formula to diagnose and treat diseases from a dynamic,temporal,interconnected,and comprehensive perspective.In the years of Chou-Wei,the Taiyin wet-earth governs the heaven,and the Taiyang cold-water governs the Earth.This paper employs the diagnostic and treatment thinking of"differentiating images,differentiating times,and grasping opportunities"to explore the image,time,pathogenesis,and treatment principles of the Beihua Decoction in Chou-Wei years and expands the application of Yunqi Formula in ophthalmology,providing new diagnostic and treatment ideas and applications for the treatment of ophthalmic diseases with TCM.关键词
