基于Web of Science数据库的养老机构安宁疗护的可视化分析
Visualization analysis of hospice care in nursing institutions for elderly based on the Web of Science database

Abstract
Objective To investigate the research status,hotspots and frontiers of hospice care in nursing institutions for elderly.Methods Literature on hospice care in nursing institutions for elderly included in the Web of Science Core Collection database from January 1991 to May 2024 was retrieved.The CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to conduct a visualization analysis on the knowledge graph by country,institution,and key words.Results A total of 2018 articles were included,with an increasing trend in the number of publications.The country and research institution with the highest number of publications were the United States and the Brown University,respectively.Research hotspots included primary caregiver populations and pain management,advance care planning,quality of care,and other topics.Research frontiers were healthcare professionals'emotional experiences and challenges in hospice care,nursing institutions for elderly,and end-of-life care.Conclusion At present,the number of studies on hospice care in nursing institutions for elderly is steadily increasing.China should learn from the hotspots and frontiers of foreign research and strengthen academic research and communication to build a hospice care model for nursing institutions for elderly that suits China's national conditions.关键词
