滋肾育胎丸联合常规西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果
Effect of Zishen Yutai Pills Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Zishen Yutai Pills combined with conventional western medicine on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:A total of 102 patients with PCOS admitted to Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into conventional group(n=51)and combined group(n=51)according to envelope drawing method.The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the combined group was treated with Zishen Yutai Pills combined with conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,ovarian volume,endometrial thickness and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and testosterone(T)in combined group were lower than those in conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of combined group was higher than that of conventional group,and the ovarian volume was lower than that of conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Yutai Pills combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of PCOS patients can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve the level of sex hormones,ovarian volume and endometrial thickness,and have high safety.关键词
