Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Shenfu Injection combined with Ulinastatin on septic shock patients.Method:A total of 98 patients with septic shock admitted to the Emergency Department of the Nuclear Industry 417 Hospital from October 2021 to October 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups received routine basic treatment,control group was supplemented with Ulinastatin treatment,observation group was supplemented with Shenfu Injection treatment on the basis of control group.Oxygen metabolism and tissue perfusion conditions[central venous oxygen saturation(ScvO2)and blood lactic acid(Lac),oxygen delivery(DO2),oxygen consumption(VO2)],inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP)],myocardial injury index[troponin T(TnT),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),renal function index[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)],clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in inflammatory factors,oxygen metabolism,tissue perfusion,myocardial injury indexes and renal function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,IL-6,CRP,Lac,TnT,CK-MB,BUN and Scr in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VO2,DO2,ScvO2 and urine volume in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shenfu Injection and Ulinastatin in the treatment of sepsis shock patients can alleviate the inflammatory response of patients,improve oxygen metabolism and tissue perfusion,reduce myocardial injury and improve renal function,with good efficacy and high safety,and is worthy of application.关键词
