Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of quadruple regimen combined with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets,Live in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive peptic ulcer.Method:A total of 60 patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer admitted to Ji'an Central People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple regimen,and the experimental group was treated with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets,Live based on the control group.The clinical effect,intestinal flora number,gastric function indicators[motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS)],eradication rate of Hp and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the numbers of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the number of Enterobacterium,Enterococcus and Yeast between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,MTL,GAS,SS levels in experimental group were lower than those in control group,Hp eradication rate was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The quadruple regimen combined with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets,Live has definite efficacy in the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer,which can effectively improve the eradication rate of Hp,improve gastric function,and increase the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus,without obvious adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable.关键词
