张西俭柴平加减方治疗湿滞互结型肥胖临床观察
Clinical Observation of Zhangxijian Modified Chaiping Formula in the Treatment of Obesity with Dampness-Stagnation Interjunction Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhangxijian Modified Chaiping Formula in the treatment of obesity with dampness-stagnation interjunction syndrome and its effect on the insulin resistance.Methods Sixty obese patients with dampness-stagnation interjunction syndrome admitted to the hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic dietary and exercise guidance,on this basis,the patients in the control group took Pingwei Powder,and the patients in the observation group took Zhangxijian Modified Chaiping Formula.All patients were treated for four weeks.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the body mass index(BMI),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),fasting blood glucose(FBG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)in the two groups significantly improved,and HOMA-IR in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The liver and kidney functions(alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine)in the two groups were normal before and after treatment,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhangxijian Modified Chaiping Formula can effectively regulate the glucose and lipid metabolism and improve insulin resistance in obese patients with dampness-stagnation interjunction syndrome.关键词
