摘要

Abstract

Objective To provide information for the hotspots and development trends in the widespread concerned field of signal pathway mechanism of neuropathic pain(NPP).Methods Based on the Web of Science database,the knowledge map was generated by CiteSpace analysis software,and the retrieval date was from January 1,2004 to June 30,2023.Results Articles published by China and the United States accounted for 43.85%and 18.15%respectively.The top two institutions for publishing articles were Sun Yat-sen University and Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.The cooperation between countries was regional,and there was some cooperation between the author teams,but mainly scattered teams.Keyword analysis showed that mouse experiments were hotspots in the past,while protein and astrocytes became new hot topics.Conclusion The deepening research of signal pathway in NPP field is the mainstream trend,and microglia is the main research direction of neuropathic pain,and stem cell therapy and extracellular vesicles/exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells are potential treatment methods.
