高压氧舱内面罩吸氧协同Bobath神经促通技术对改善缺血性脑卒中患者本体感觉的疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic efficacy of mask oxygen inhalation in hyperbaric oxygen chamber combined with Bobath nerve facilitation technology on improving proprioceptive sense of patients with ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate observation on the therapeutic efficacy of mask oxygen inhalation in hyperbaric oxygen chamber combined with Bobath nerve facilitation training in the treatment of proprioception in proprioceptive sense of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 50 patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed and treated in Dongguan Qiaotou Hospital from August 2022 to April 2024 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=25)and the control group(n=25)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with mask oxygen inhalation in hyperbaric oxygen chamber combined with Bobath nerve facilitation training in hyperbaric oxygen chamber,while the control group was treated with Bobath nerve facilitation training and passive limb mobility training.The changes of Berg balance scale(BBS)and Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)before and after 3 courses of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 courses of treatment,all aspects and total scores of BBS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the scores of upper limbs and lower limbs of FMA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with ischemic stroke receive mask oxygen inhalation in hyperbaric oxygen chamber and Bobath nerve facilitation training,which is beneficial to improve their balance ability and promote the recovery of motion function.关键词
