脉络宁口服液联合奥拉西坦治疗老年血管性痴呆临床观察
Clinical Observation of Mailuoning Oral Liquid Combined with Oxiracetam in the Treatment of Elderly Vascular Dementia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mailuoning Oral Solution combined with oxiracetam in the treatment of elderly vascular dementia(VD),as well as its effects on the nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome and neuronal apoptosis-related factors.Methods A total of 140 elderly VD patients admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=65)and the observation group(n=75)by the different treatment regimens.Both groups received routine treatment and oral Oxiracetam Capsules,while the observation group received additional treatment with Mailuoning Oral Solution.All patients were treated continuously for 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.67%,which was significantly higher than78.46%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NLRP3,serum neuronal apoptosis-related factors[soluble factor-related apoptosis(sFas)and sFas ligand(sFasL)],hemodynamic indicators(plasma viscosity,whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity),lipid hydroperoxide(LPO)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels,the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)and Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR)scale scores significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)levels,Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scale,and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scale scores significantly increased(P<0.05);the above indicarors in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and observation group was similar(12.31%vs.12.00%,P>0.05),and both groups did not experience serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Mailuoning Oral Solution combined with oxiracetam can promote the recovery of cognitive function in elderly patients with VD,relieve dementia,improve cerebral hemodynamics,decrease NLRP3,neuronal apoptosis-related factors,and oxidative stress indicators,and improve the daily living ability.关键词
