Effect of Esketamine Assisting General Anesthesia on Postoperative Inflammatory Reactions and Gastrointestinal Function in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of esketamine assisting general anesthesia on the postoperative inflammatory reactions and gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods A total of 120 patients underwent LC in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by a random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups underwent LC under routine general anesthesia,while the patients in the observation group received Esketamine Hydrochloride Injection at 15 min before anesthesia induction.Results The postoperative wake-up time,spontaneous breathing recovery time,extubation time,bowel sounds recovery time,first exhaust time,first defecation time,and normal diet recovery time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 2 h and 6 h after surgery(P<0.05);the serum vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1 d after surgery,while the serum motilin level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was comparable to that in the control group(13.33%vs.18.33%,P>0.05).Conclusion Esketamine assisting general anesthesia can help LC patients recover after surgery,alleviate postoperative pain and inflammatory reactions,and promote gastrointestinal function recovery.关键词
