中药石斛自制汤对胃癌术后辅助化疗患者的影响
Effect of self-made decoction of traditional Chinese medicine Shihu on postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy patients with gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of self-made decoction of traditional Chinese medicine Shihu combined with chemotherapy on the immune function,TCM symptoms,and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer.Methods Postoperative cases of gastric cancer were all from Qianjiang Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.According to different treatment methods,30 patients in the control group received conventional chemotherapy,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with self-made decoction of Dendrobium.The effects of immune function,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and quality of life of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in various immune function indexes between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher levels of determining cluster of differentiation antigen 4(CD4+)and CD4+/determining cluster of differentiation antigen 8(CD8+)than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the TCM symptom scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the Karnofsky functional score(KPS)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining chemotherapy with self-made decoction of traditional Chinese medicine Shihu for postoperative gastric cancer patients is beneficial for improving immune function and TCM symptoms,enhancing patients'quality of life,reducing chemotherapy side effects,and ensuring safety and reliability.关键词
