基于CiteSpace的糖尿病足溃疡相关研究可视化分析
Visualization analysis of related research on diabetic foot ulcer based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze visually by CiteSpace the research hotspots and development trends in this field based on the related literature about diabetic foot ulcer retrieved by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).Methods Literature related to diabetic foot ulcer was included in the database of CNKI,and the retrieval time was from January 1988 to October 2022.The knowledge map was drawn and analyzed by CiteSpace.Results The number of articles on diabetic foot ulcer research was generally on the rise.Among them,the authors who published the most articles were scholars of Xu Zhangrong,Liu Guobin,Ran Xingwu et al.The research mainly focused on its risk factors,wound healing,negative pressure closed drainage,autologous platelet-rich gel,hyperbaric oxygen and so on.Conclusion In recent years,the cooperation between scholars has obviously decreased,and there are obvious boundaries between the regions of institutional cooperation.The research on diabetic foot ulcer mainly focuses on western medicine.Although the literature on treating diabetic foot ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine has emerged in recent years,it is still relatively thin and lacks innovative ideas compared with western medicine.关键词
