Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of strengths-based cognitive behavioral therapy for stigma,psychological resilience and subjective well-being of teenagers with depression disorder.Method:A total of 85 teenagers with depression disorder in the Fourth People's Hospital of Yancheng from August 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control group 42 cases and observation group 43 cases by the random number table.The control group was treated with Sertraline,the observation group was treated with strengths-based cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of control group.Then the total effective rates,scores of 17 items Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-17),stigma[stigma scale for mental illness scale(SSMI-C)],psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)]and subjective well-being[general well-being schedule scale(GWB)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rates of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the HAMD-17 score,SSMI-C,CD-RISC and GWB each item scores of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the HAMD-17 scores and SSMI-C each item scores of observation group at the fourth and twelfth week after the treatment were significantly lower than those of control group,the CD-RISC and GWB each item scores were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The strengths-based cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively control the depression state of teenagers with depression disorder,and can significantly improve the stigma,psychological resilience and subjective well-being of patients,so its application value in the teenagers with depression disorder is higher.关键词
