摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of detecting sex hormone-binding globulin in early breast development in children.Method:A total of 80 girls aged 6-9 year old with early breast development who were treated in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected.According to Tanner stage of breast,48 girls with Tanner stage Ⅱ were included in group A and 32 girls with Tanner stage>Ⅱ were included in group B.In addition,6-9 year old girls with normal breast development at the same period were selected as the control group, and the levels of sex hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)]of children in group A and group B were compared, and the levels of sex hormone-binding globulin in these three groups were compared, and the detection value of sex hormones and sex hormone-binding globulin in early breast development of children were analyzed.Result:There were no significant differences in sex hormone levels between group A and group B(P>0.05).The level of sex hormone-binding globulin in group B was significantly lower than that in control group and group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between control group and group A(P>0.05).LH,FSH,E2 and sex hormone binding globulin all had certain value in the diagnosis of early breast development in children, and the AUC of combined detection was higher(AUC=0.721,P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of sex hormone-binding globulin has a certain relationship with the early breast development in children, and can be used as a clinical diagnostic index of early breast development in children.关键词
