椎旁肌脂肪浸润水平对神经根型颈椎病术后功能评分的影响
Effect of paravertebral muscle fat infiltration level on postoperative functional score of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between preoperative paravertebral muscle fat infiltration level and postoperative pain and functional score in patients with radicular cervical spondylosis who underwent single-segment anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF).Methods From January 2013 to December 2021,a total of 67 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who underwent single-segment ACDF in the Department of Orthopaedics,Fujian Medical University Union Hospital were reviewed.The surface area of paravertebral muscles was measured by preoperative cervical MRI images,and the cervical function and quality of life were evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)and neck disability index(NDI).Results There was significant correlation between the muscle proportion of functional area and the difference of VAS score before and after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-segment ACDF is performed for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and the muscle proportion of functional area is related to postoperative VAS score,but has nothing to do with the improvement of postoperative NDI.关键词
