Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum procalcitonin(PCT)and D-dimer(D-D)in patients with aortic dissection.Method:A total of 101 patients with aortic dissection admitted to Yiyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected to be included in the aortic dissection group,and another 50 healthy subjects during the same period were selected to be included in the control group.Serum PCT and D-D levels of the two groups were detected and compared.Serum PCT and D-D levels in patients with aortic dissection with different clinical characteristics were compared,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of serum PCT and D-D in aortic dissection.Result:Serum PCT and D-D levels in aortic dissection group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum PCT and D-D levels in patients with hypertensive aortic dissection were higher than those in patients without hypertensive aortic dissection,and the serum PCT and D-D levels in patients with Standford type A aortic dissection were higher than those with Standford type B dissection(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum PCT and D-D levels in patients with aortic dissection with different sex,age and body mass index(P>0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of serum PCT and D-D for the diagnosis of aortic dissection was 0.843 and 0.901,the sensitivity was 88.1%and 89.1%,and the specificity was 62.0%and 70.0%,respectively.Conclusion:The expression levels of serum PCT and D-D are elevated in patients with aortic dissection,which can be used as sensitive serological indicators to predict the occurrence of aortic dissection.关键词
