Investigation on the service ability of Medical Imaging Department in primary medical institutions in Jiangmen City of Guangdong Province under the background of smart medical care

Abstract
Objective To understand the basic situation of Medical Imaging Department in primary medical institutions in Jiangmen City under the background of smart medical care,and to make suggestions for improving the diagnostic service ability of primary medical institutions.Methods A total of 21 primary medical institutions of Jiangmen City in April 2022 were selected by using the cluster sampling and random sampling methods.Data were collected by e-mail and"sojump",and statistical analysis was made by office 2021 and SPSSPRO 2024 software.Results There were 21 interviewed companies and 47 interviewed personnel,in whom 74.5%had junior college education,66.0%had junior professional titles,and 85.7%had only 1 medical imaging equipment.The training of basic knowledge of imaging could effectively improve the technical personnel's ability.Except for the training of imaging anatomy and imaging quality control,there was statistically significant difference between the trained and untrained personnel(P<0.05).The interviewees thought that the lack of equipment and ability of medical imaging technicians were the main factors limiting the development of medical imaging services.Conclusion The service ability of medical imaging technicians in primary medical institutions is weak,and there is few imaging equipment.The service ability can be improved by building a hospital information system,supplementing manpower and equipment,providing training courses,building an online imaging platform,and landing medical imaging artificial intelligence diagnosis.关键词
