高职院校教师企业实践制度的结构与逻辑研究
Research on the Structure and Logic of Teachers'Enterprise Practice System in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Teachers'enterprise practice in vocational colleges as an important content of deepening vocational education reform is a key measure to accelerate the construction of a comprehensive vocational education system integrating general and vocational education.Through an analysis of the institutional texts of 15"Double High"construction units on teachers'enterprise practice system,it was found that it consists of basic structures such as the target orientation,substantive content,implementation process and guarantee system,and is subject to dual influences from instrumental rationality and value rationality in terms of target orientation,subject to dual consideration from the structure and function of the institutional system in terms of substantive contents,reflects the dual regulation of the value of the subject-object relationship in the implementation process,and emphasizes dual drive from rigid tools and flexible tools in the guarantee system.关键词
