赋能新型劳动者培养的职业院校劳动教育数字化转型探析
Exploration on the Digital Transformation of Labor Education in Vocational Colleges to Empower the Cultivation of New Types of Workers
摘要
Abstract
Vocational education is closely related to economic and industrial development,and is the main battlefield for cultivating new types of workers who can proficiently master new quality production materials and integrate new production factors.New quality productivity requires new workers to possess professional common abilities centered on digital literacy,value orientation of labor happiness,and innovative and enterprising labor spirit.These qualities are the transformation and upgrading of traditional labor literacy through digital and intelligent technologies.Their cultivation cannot be separated from the digital reconstruction of labor education processes,structures and cultural ecology.In order to empower the cultivation of new types of workers,vocational colleges need to establish a systematic concept of digital transformation in labor education;effectively leverage the top-level design and organizational leadership role of local governments;enhance the digital competence of vocational college labor teachers.关键词
