Abstract
The localized reform of rural vocational education emphasizes that it should be based on local development,industrial structure and resources endowments,while being rooted in rural political,economic,cultural and ecological issues.The localized reform of rural vocational education has far-reaching significance in cultivating skilled and dedicated"new-type professional farmers",promoting the connotative development of rural vocational education,and advancing sustainable rural social development.Barriers such as the decline of the localization development concept in rural vocational education,the lack of localized teaching capabilities among rural vocational education teachers,the weak collaborative support mechanisms for rural vocational education,and the singular talent cultivation system in rural vocational education hinder the effective implementation of localized reform of rural vocational education.In response,it is necessary to lead the transformation and development of rural vocational education with localization concepts,strengthen talents support for the localized reform of rural vocational education,build a co-governance framework for the localized reform of rural vocational education,and create a categorized and targeted rural vocational education localization training model.关键词
