摘要
Abstract
This study used Petunia hybrida seeds as the research object,selecting three varieties,Easy Beauty,Mirage,and Fantasy.The study investigated the germination characteristics and seedling growth impact under different salt mass concentrations(0,100,150,200 mg/L).The results showed that as the salt mass concentration increased,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,and vigor index of three Petunia hybrida varieties gradually decreased.In terms of germination characteristics and seedling growth under salt stress,the salt tolerance of the three varieties was from weak to strong is as follows Mirage<Fantasy<Easy Beauty.It is recommended that Petunia hybrida seeds be planted in soil with lower salinity(less than 150mg/L salt mass concentration)salt stress conditions.During cultivation,Easy Beauty or Fantasy can be chosen as the main varieties,while precautions should be taken to prevent the inhibitory effects of continuousinization on seed germination and seedling growth.关键词
