农民对数字素养培育的需求调查研究OA
该文依据湖南省 72个村 868 个有效样本,针对农民对数字素养培育的需求进行调查研究.结果表明,大部分农民对数字素养培育需求强烈,希望能够掌握更多数字素养与技能,但存在培养统筹规划不够、培育精准性与个性化欠缺、培育内容与形式创新性不足、培育保障能力较弱等问题.对此,应从构建培育体系、注重培育对象、丰富培育内容、强化培育过程等方面综合施策,进一步优化数字素养培育,促进农民数字素养全方位提升,助推数字乡村高质量建设.
Based on 868 effective samples from 72 villages in Hunan Province,this article conducts a survey and research on farmers'needs for digital literacy cultivation.The results show that most farmers have a strong need for digital literacy cultivation and hope to master more digital literacy and skills.However,there are insufficient overall training planning,lack of training accuracy and personalization,insufficient innovation in training content and form,and wea…查看全部>>
