乡村振兴战略中基于熵权法的大学生服务"三农"胜任力组合评价OA
在乡村振兴战略的背景下,大学生的服务"三农"胜任力日益成为提升农村经济和社会发展的关键因素.该文构建一套基于熵权法的大学生服务"三农"胜任力组合评价体系,涵盖品质、能力、动机和知识等多个维度的 14 个评价要素.通过文献分析与理论研究,识别出大学生在服务"三农"过程中应具备的关键能力及支持要素.研究结果表明,团队管理能力、个性特征、社会经验、服务"三农"动机和心理素质等要素对提升大学生的服务"三农"胜任力起到决定性作用.最后,提出针对性的政…查看全部>>
