Abstract
Agricultural and rural modernization is an important part of our Party's modernization drive and an important part of China's modernization.To achieve Chinese modernization and solve the problem of agricultural and rural modernization,the most arduous and arduous tasks still lie in rural areas.Using SWOT analysis method,it is found that the advantages of agricultural and rural modernization lie in the strong competitiveness of agricultural modernization and the large proportion of farmers.The internal disadvantages lie in the lagging construction of rural spiritual civilization and differences in the degree of common prosperity in rural areas.The external opportunities lie in the support of the Party and the country's agriculture-related policies and the extensive participation of social capital.The external challenges lie in the imperfect agriculture-related system and the shortage of talents for"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Therefore,to achieve agricultural and rural modernization as scheduled in the new era,the focus is to give full play to the role of rural primary-levelParty organizations,develop a new rural collective economy,accelerate the construction of a team of agriculture-related talents,and establish and improve rural systems and mechanisms.关键词
