基层党组织引领农村居民低碳意识培塑的内在逻辑
摘要
Abstract
As a bridge and link between the Party and the masses,rural primary-level Party organizations must implement the Party'slines,principles,and policies on"Double Carbon"in rural areas in place,and have an irreplaceable"leadership"in leading rural residents to cultivate low-carbon awareness.This paper builds a logical framework based on the theory of energy enhancement and discusses three major logics:The first one is the historical logic as the intrinsic logical starting point of training;this paper clarifies the reasons why the subject cultivates the object,and discusses the primary-level Party organizations leading the cultivation of rural residents'low-carbon awareness,containing rich value of the times.The second one is the realistic logic as the pain point of cultivating the internal logic;this paper clarifies the dilemma of the subject in cultivating the object and analyzes the obstacles of rural residents in their individual initiative to increase their energy by internal traditions,objectivity,and subjectivity.The third one is the practical logic as the inner logical end point of cultivating and shaping;the paper clarifies the path for the subject to cultivate and shape the object and proposes that primary-level Party organizations should externally promote and empower them from three aspects:value recognition,method renewal,and institutional guarantee.关键词
