Abstract
Medical immunology is a bridge discipline that connects basic medicine and clinical medicine.It has strong theoretical basis,abstract content,highly interdisciplinary knowledge points,and fast updates of cutting-edge knowledge.Students find it difficult to clarify the knowledge framework,which can easily lead to aversion to learning and difficulty.Medical immunology is also recognized as a very difficult course to teach and learn in basic medical disciplines.The teaching mode of BOPPPS includes six modules:bridge-in(B),objective(O),pre-assessment(P),participatory learning(P),post-assessment(P)and summary(S).This study plans to use the BOPPPS mode to implement teaching reforms in medical immunology.The first three modules of BOPPPS,namely introduction,objective and pre-assessment,are carried out on the front line of the class,while the last three modules,namely participatory learning,post-assessment and summary,are carried out offline and online after class.We actively construct a new type of blended online and offline teaching mode centered on students,achieve participatory interactive learning,solve the inefficient teaching state of"cramming"in immunology classrooms,improve teaching quality,and provide reference and guidance for teaching methods of similar clinical basic courses.关键词
