"三资"管理数字化赋能乡村治理能力现代化探究

Abstract
"Rural governance makes the world safe."The rural collective economy is an important part of China's socialist market economy.The"capital-asset-resources"(referred to as"capital-asset-resources")of the rural collective economy are not only the"engine"to increase people's income and become rich,but also the"ballast stone"for developing industries that enrich the people in rural areas is also the"bull nose"for improving rural governance,and the"stabilizer"for promoting rural revitalization.In the current context of lack of digital governance,China's"capital-asset-resources"security"red lights"frequently appear.This article discusses the digitalization of"capital-asset-resources"management to promote the modernization of rural governance capabilities.It first introduces its importance and literature review,and then carries out the construction of the digitalization of"capital-asset-resources"management,forming three major cycles and explores how the digitalization of"capital-asset-resources"management promotes the modernization of rural governance capabilities,and solves the problems of irregular management and inadequate supervision of"capital-asset-resources"through the digitalization of"capital-asset-resources"management,and at the same time stimulates the vitality of"capital-asset-resources",so as to provide decision-making reference and theoretical basis for the modernization of rural governance capabilities.关键词
