Analysis of the influence of scientific research organization behavior in clinical departments on medical staff's scientific research time input and achievement output

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of scientific research organization behavior in clinical departments on medical staff's scientific research time input and achievement output,and to explore the effective scientific research organization behavior in departments,so as to provide reference for improving the scientific research level in hospitals.Methods SoJump was used to distribute online questionnaires to medical staff in the Cancer Hospital affiliated to Shantou University School of Medicine.χ2 test and logistic regression analysis were used to compare the differences between the input and output of scientific research time of medical staff in three types of scientific research organizations:defining the research direction,forming scientific research teams and regularly reporting scientific research.Results A total of 315 valid questionnaires were received.The results showed that the clear research direction of departments and the establishment of scientific research teams were positively related to the input of scientific research time of medical staff.The establishment of scientific reseach teams was positively related to the output of achievements of medical staff.However,regular scientific research reports had no significant influence on the above two.Conclusion The organizational behavior of scientific research in clinical departments can significantly improve the input and output of scientific research time of medical staff and promote the scientific research level of hospitals.关键词
