乡村治理数字化转型实践的困境与对策研究OA
随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入推进,数字化转型成为乡村治理发展的重要趋势.面对实现乡村振兴的任务和要求,如何以乡村治理数字化转型助推数字技术赋能乡村振兴,这就亟须为乡村治理数字化转型的内涵提供系统化、理论性的结构性认知框架,也需对转型过程可能引发的适应性风险以及纾解对策进行思考,并在此基础上提出应对之策,使数字化转型赋能乡村治理的各个环节,发挥好同频共振的功效,实现高水平、高质量的乡村治理模式.
