摘要
Abstract
Improving the rural living environment is a key task in implementing the rural revitalization strategy.It is related to the fundamental well-being of farmers,the health of farmers,and the construction of a beautiful China.In recent years,J County has integrated various funds to comprehensively and solidly promote the improvement of rural living environment,reversing the long-standing dirty and disorderly situation in rural areas.The village environment has basically been clean,tidy and orderly,and farmers'environmental sanitation concepts have undergone gratifying changes.However,the allocation of rectification funds needs to be further optimized.This paper uses the efficacy coefficient method to evaluate and combine the existing fund allocation methods to maximize the utilization effect of rectification funds,effectively avoid the two-level differentiation of rectification effects,and also inspireprimary-level cadres and officials to start businesses,thus providing valuable reference for relevant staff.关键词
