Abstract
Agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and the rural collective economy is an important guide for promoting the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and comprehensively realizing common prosperity.Based on the survey and statistical data on the development of rural village-level collective economy in Rucheng County in 2023,this paper aims to introduce the current situation of rural village-level collective economy,and analyze five development models:industrial development,tourism development,labor cooperation,land custody and asset utilization.In this process,contradictory issues such as insufficient ideological understanding of managers,difficulty in asset management,and imperfect social protection systems were discussed.Finally,suggestions are put forward to promote the development of rural village-level collective economy by improving managers'ideological understanding and organizational capabilities,optimizing asset management,strengthening talent team construction,and improving the social protection system.关键词
