《陈旉农书》对植物生理学知识的记述与阐释
摘要
Abstract
The Chen Fu Nong Shu is one of important agricultural books in China and holds an important position in the history of agriculture.The Chen Fu Nong Shu was written by Chen Fu of the Song Dynasty based on previous and contemporary works,and after practical verification,the available records were compiled.The author's research has found that although there are not many words in Chen Fu Nong Shu,it records rich knowledge of plant physiology,mainly including:tailored to people,local conditions,and times;developing water conservancy projects to seek benefits and avoid harm;ploughing,sowing and weeding to improve soil;timely sowing and management based on crop;using manure to treat soil can maintain and improve soil fertility;adjusting soil temperature with water,drainage and baking the field;growth correlation;mutual generation and mutual restraint(allelopathy);fast propagation by hold-down strip;promoting growth by grafting;controlling temperature and humidity for storing mulberry leaves,and so on.Especially the theories of using manure as medicine and using manure to treat soil can maintain and improve soil fertility were the first in the history of agriculture.To this day,the Chen Fu Nong Shu still has important reference significance for modern agricultural production.关键词
