聚磷腈/碳纳米管复合材料的电磁屏蔽和导电性能研究OA北大核心
Study on electromagnetic shielding and electrically conductive performance of polyphosphazene/carbon nanotubes composites
以聚磷腈为基体,碳纳米管(SWNTs)为填料,通过溶液共混法制备了聚磷腈/SWNTs复合材料,其中SWNTs随机分布在聚磷腈基体形成导电相.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热失重分析仪(TG)、导电性能测试仪和矢量网络分析仪等对复合材料的结构和性能进行表征分析.结果表明,聚磷腈/SWNTs复合材料的电磁屏蔽和导电性能与SWNTs的添加量密切相关,当含量为15%(质量分数,下同)时,电磁屏蔽效能达到60.9 dB,平均导电率达到0.989 4 S/cm,且在700℃时的质量保留率达到35.66%.
Polyphosphazene/carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)composites were prepared by using a solution-blending meth-od.SWNTs were randomly distributed on the polyphosphazene matrix to form a conductive phase.The structure and properties of the as-prepared composites were characterized by using Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,thermogravimetric analyzer,electrical conductivity tester,and vector network analyzer.The re-sults indicated that the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and electrical conductivity of polyphosphazene/carbon nanotubes composites were related to the loading of carbon nanotubes in the matrix.The electromagnetic shielding effec-tiveness of the composites reached 60.9 dB at a SWNTs content of 15 wt%,its average electrical conductivity reached 0.989 4 S/cm,and its residual char yield was 35.66 wt%at 700℃.
