Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Modified Artemisia Capillaris Thunb Decoction in the treatment of patients with viral hepatitis type B of damp and heat resistance type.Method:From May 2022 to December 2023,98 patients with viral hepatitis type B of damp and heat resistance type who treated in Liangzhou Hospital,Wuwei City were included,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Modified Artemisia Capillaris Thunb Decoction on the basis of the control group,after 2 weeks of treatment,the serum interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-8(IL-8),endotoxin and glutamic-oxalotransaminase(AST),hepatitis B virus(HBV)-DNA,alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),total bilirubin(TBIL),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(ALT),traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the serum IL-10 of two groups were increased,the serum AFP,IL-8,endotoxin,HBV-DNA and the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms were decreased,and the serum IL-10 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the serum IL-8,AFP,endotoxin,HBV-DNA and the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Modified Artemisia Capillaris Thunb Decoction in the treatment of patients with viral hepatitis type B of damp and heat resistance type is significant,which is helpful to reduce the inflammatory reaction,promote the recovery of liver function,reduce the level of virus,and assist in improving the clinical effect.关键词
