胸腺五肽与HAART疗法联合应用于艾滋病治疗中的效果
Effect of Thymopentin Combined with HAART Therapy in the Treatment of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Thymopentin combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART)in the treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients.Method:A total of 89 AIDS patients who admitted to Nantong Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(44 cases)and the control group(45 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with HAART,and the observation group was treated with Thymopentin on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 12 months.The immune function,inflammatory indexes,human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)viral load and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in both groups were decreased,and the observation group had lower levels,the CD4+T lymphocyte counts in both groups were increased,and the observation group had more,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups were decreased,and the observation group had lower levels,the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)in both groups were increased,and the observation group had higher levels,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the HIV viral load in two groups were decreased,and the observation group had lower level,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:HAART combined with Thymopentin can improve the immune function,regulate the level of inflammatory factors,reduce HIV viral load in AIDS patients,and has high safety.关键词
