不同剂量维生素D联合深度水解配方粉在轻中度CMPA中的效果
Effect of Different Doses of Vitamin D Combined with Deep Hydrolysis Formula Powder in Mild to Moderate CMPA

Abstract
Objective:To explore and compare the effect of different doses of vitamin D combined with deep hydrolysis formula powder in mild to moderate cow's milk protein allergy(CMPA).Method:A total of 100 children with mild to moderate CMPA who treated in Longyan First Hospital from June 2022 and June 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into group A and group B using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with deep hydrolysis formula powder,on this basis,group A was given 400 IU of Vitamin D,while group B was given 800 IU of Vitamin D,the clinical effect,diagnosis of allergic rhinitis and asthma,growth and development indexes(weight,height and head circumference),blood 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]and allergic reaction indexes[serum eosinophil chemotactic factor(Eotaxin)and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of group B patients at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly higher than those of group A,and the diagnosis rate of allergic rhinitis and asthma were significantly lower than those of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the growth and development indicators,blood 25-(OH)D and allergic reaction indicators between two groups(P>0.05);the growth and development indicators,blood 25-(OH)D in group B after 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatment were significantly higher than those in group A,and the allergic reaction indicators were significantly lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deep hydrolysis formula powder combined with 800 IU Vitamin D has a good effect in mild to moderate CMPA,and can effectively control the expression of allergic reaction indicators.关键词
