Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology+Adrenal Hydrazone Tablets in the treatment of infected trauma wounds in the hands.Method:A total of 88 patients with hand trauma infection admitted to the Emergency Surgery Department of Longhua District People's Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2022 to October 2023 were divided into groups according to the lottery method.44 patients in the control group were treated with VSD technology,and 44 patients in the observation group were treated with VSD technology combined with Adrenal Hydrazone Tablets.The excellent and good rate of wound repair,related treatment indexes,second operation rate,histopathological score,pain and quality of life score,and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The rate of wound repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of second operation was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relevant treatment indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the scores of histopathology indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of infected wounds of the hand,the effect of VSD technology combined with Adrenal Hydrazone Tablets is more ideal,which can promote the wound repair of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
