面碗脐灸治疗中风后风痰阻络型便秘的效果
Effect of Noodle Bowl Umbilical Moxibustion on Constipation of Wind-phlegm-blocked Collaterals after Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of noodle bowl umbilical moxibustion in patients with constipation of wind-phlegm-blocked collaterals after stroke.Method:Sixty patients with wind-phlegm-blocked collaterals constipation after stroke treated in Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high quality nursing,high dietary fiber diet and abdominal massage,and the study group was treated with noodle bowl umbilical moxibustion on the basis of above.The score of constipation symptoms(fecal traits,defecation effort,defecation time,defecation frequency)before and after intervention,clinical efficacy and safety(abdominal distension,abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal skin discomfort)were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there was no statistical significance in the score of constipation symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of constipation symptoms in both groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Noodle bowl umbilical moxibustion has high clinical effect in patients with constipation of wind-phlegm-blocked collaterals after stroke,which can promote the relief of constipation symptoms and has high safety.关键词
