Abstract
Rural primary-level cadres are the core force of the Party's work in rural areas and an important promoter of the rural revitalization strategy.Its overall quality and working ability directly affect the happiness index of rural residents and the Party's ruling foundation,and in turn are related to the realization of the"Two Centenary Goals"in rural areas.However,judging from the actual operation of the rural revitalization strategy,some primary-level cadres have shortcomings in developing the economy,managing the environment,and leading the masses,resulting in slow progress in the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the dilemma and attribution analysis of relevant entities,this study proposes a series of targeted optimization paths.For example,relying on the rural industrial chain to broaden channels for farmers to increase income,improve long-term mechanisms for environmental governance and ecological protection,and build close ties between cadres and the masses with self-revolution as the value orientation.It is hoped that through the comprehensive implementation of these measures,the capabilities of primary-level cadres will be improved and their roles will be transformed,thus providing strong support for the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.关键词
