Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Yupingfeng Granules combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy on patients with verruca vulgaris.Method:A total of 88 patients with verruca vulgaris who received treatment at Putian Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases).The observation group was treated with Yupingfeng Granules combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,while the control group was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.The levels of inflammatory response factors,immune function indicators,adverse reactions,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin E(IgE),CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in both groups increased compared to before treatment,while the levels of CD8+,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-8(IL-8)were lower than before treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher levels of IgE,CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+,and lower levels of CD8+,TNF-α,CRP,and IL-8,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng Granules combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of patients with verruca vulgaris can improve immune function,reduce levels of inflammatory response factors,and not increase the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.关键词
