Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of transurethral plasma resection in patients with bladder cancer.Method:A total of 60 patients with bladder cancer admitted to Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received laparoscopic total cystectomy and the observation group received transurethral plasma resection.Perioperative indexes, quality of life before and 3 months after operation and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after operation, the scores of physical function, psychological function, social function and material life status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasma resection can reduce trauma, shorten the operation time, improve the quality of life of bladder cancer patients, and has few complications.关键词
