摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules combined with transurethral resection of prostate on urine volume,prostate-related indicators and quality of life in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method:A total of 210 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who admitted to Xuzhou Mining Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,105 cases in each group.The control group was given transurethral resection of prostate,the observation group was given Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules combined with transurethral resection of prostate,the urodynamics,prostate-related indicators,quality of life and complications were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the residual urine volume of two groups were less than those before treatment,the maximum urinary flow rate were higher than those before treatment,the international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and prostate volume were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of emotional role function,physical role function,mental health,physical health,physical pain,social function,general health and energy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules combined with transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia can improve residual urine volume,increase maximum urinary flow rate,reduce IPSS score,reduce prostate volume,and improve patients'quality of life,with good safety.关键词
