Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation technology in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis of wind cold attacking meridian type.Method:From January 2021 to February 2024,a total of 116 patients with peripheral facial paralysis of wind cold attacking meridian type in Macheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into group A and group B,58 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional comprehensive treatment,group A received modern rehabilitation technology,group B received warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Chinese medicine syndrome score,H-B grade and facial function before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of corner of the mouth droop,frontal striae disappeared,nasolabial groove becomes shallow and flat,mouth and eye skew decreased in both groups,and the scores of corner of the mouth droop,frontal striae disappeared,nasolabial groove becomes shallow and flat,mouth and eye skew in group B were lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,H-B scores in both groups were increased,and H-B scores in group B were higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of social function and physical function were increased in both groups,and the scores of social function and physical function in group B were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying warm acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation technology to treat patients with wind cold attacking meridian type peripheral facial paralysis is beneficial to improve clinical efficacy,improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and promote the recovery of facial nerve function.关键词
