摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of Terbutaline combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children.Method:A total of 120 children with MPP who admitted to Jinjiang City Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected, they were randomly divided into group A(n=60)and group B(n=60).Group A was given Azithromycin sequential therapy, group B was given Terbutaline combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy, the regression time of symptoms and signs, serum inflammatory factor levels, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The disappearance times of fever, wheezing, cough and pulmonary rales in group B were earlier than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in group B were lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate and total effective rate of group B were higher than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Terbutaline combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of MPP in children.关键词
