Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of thrombelastogram combined with coagulation function test in guiding blood transfusion treatment of trauma patients.Method:Sixty trauma patients admitted to Macheng People's Hospital from September 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different transfusion treatment guidelines,they were divided into control group(from September 2022 to March 2023,30 cases)and experimental group(from April to December 2023,30 cases).The control group was tested for coagulation function in transfusion blood treatment,and the experimental group was tested for thrombelastogram combined with coagulation function in transfusion blood treatment.Blood coagulation function before and after 24 h of transfusion(after treansfusion),therapeutic indexes and dosage of blood products were compared between the two groups.Result:The prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)of experimental group were shorter than those of control group,and the FIB of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnosis rate of coagulation dysfunction in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the diagnosis time and hospital stay were shorter than those in control group,and the fatality rate was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dosages of fresh frozen plasma,cryoprecipitated coagulation factor,red blood cells and platelets in experimental group were less than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the blood transfusion treatment of trauma patients,the application of thrombelastogram combined with coagulation function detection guidance can achieve better effects,not only can better restore coagulation function,but also reduce the amount of various blood products,which has positive significance for improving the treatment effect.关键词
