Abstract
Objective:To explore the preventive effect and quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke with stress injury early warning nursing.Method:A total of 204 patients with ischemic stroke treated in the Putian University Affiliated Hospital from July to December 2023 were included as the study subjects,106 patients admitted from July to September 2023 were used as the control group,and 98 patients admitted from October to December 2023 were used as the observation group.The patients in the observation group were given early warning nursing combined with routine nursing,and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The incidence of stress injury,knowledge of stress injury,quality of life and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:There was significant difference in the incidence of stress injury between the control group and the observation group(4.72%vs 0,P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of the causes,sites,risk factors,turning methods and preventive measures were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in physiological and psychological scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher physiological and psychological scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in family satisfaction between the control group and the observation group(90.57%vs 97.96%,P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical nursing of patients with ischemic stroke,increasing the early warning nursing of stress injury risk on the basis of routine nursing intervention can greatly reduce the incidence of stress injury,promote the improvement of family members'knowledge of stress injury,comprehensively improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the satisfaction of family members.关键词
