摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Jiedu Zhuyu Formula in treatment of chronic prostatitis of damp heat and blood stasis obstruction type.Method:A total of 72 patients with damp heat and stasis obstruction type chronic prostatitis were selected from the Reproductive Medicine Department of Sanming First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from October 2021 to August 2023.The group was divided by random number table method.The group treated with conventional western medicine was set as control group,and the group treated with modified Jiedu Zhuyu Formula was set as observation group.The therapeutic effect and treatment related indexes(traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,erectile function level,quality of life,urodynamics)were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of erectile function in the observation group after treatment were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in quality of life and urodynamic indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the indexes of urodynamics were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Choosing the Jiedu Zhuyu Formula for the treatment of chronic prostatitis patients with damp heat and stasis obstruction type can not only reduce prostatitis and improve their quality of life,but also help patients recover normal sexual function as soon as possible and enhance their sense of happiness in life.关键词
