Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of recovered autotransfusion in high-risk women with cesarean section.Method:A total of 130 high-risk women who underwent cesarean section treated in Lianyungang Second People's Hospital from March 2022 to November 2023 were studied.According to the different blood transfusion methods,they were divided into experimental group and control group,65 cases in each group.The control group received allogeneic blood transfusion,and the experimental group received recovered autotransfusion.Blood routine test indexes,coagulation function indexes,hemodynamic indexes,inflammatory indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After surgery,there were significant differences in red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and hematocrit(HCT)in the two groups compared with those before surgery(P<0.05).After surgery,RBC,Hb and HCT in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were increased in both groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in PT,APTT,fibrinogen(FIB)and thrombin time(TT)between the two groups after surgery(P>0.05).Compared with those before surgery,blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)increased and heart rate(HR)decreased in the two groups after surgery,and SpO2 and HR in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before surgery,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)increased after surgery in both groups,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the experimental group was similar to the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Recovered autotransfusion in high-risk cesarean section women can improve blood indexes,has no significant effect on coagulation function,is conducive to maintaining stable blood circulation,body inflammation is lighter,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
